This updated property has everything needed for families big and small. Two seating areas in the backyard as well as a floating dock. The floating dock has cleats to tie a boat up as well as a a cement area to store any kayaks or SUPS you bring with you. Catch and cut your fish right outside at the fish sink and shower off outside.
JUST ADDED, 2 large cockpit kayaks and a paddle board! Take one or all 3 out to the channel and watch the dolphins play in the low tide with a beautiful sunset as your backdrop
The decor is very modern with a separate sitting room with a great view of the water. The love seat in the sitting area opens up to a twin bed. There are even toys for the kiddos that can be found in the attached garage .
Walking distance to the old fashioned ice cream shop and Sam’s Beach Club with live entertainment and waterfront dining and the best sunsets in Florida. Less then 10 minutes is Newport Richey downtown where you’ll find little shops, dining and a splash pad and amphitheater. Whiskey Joe’s is also a quick hop where you can sit right on the sand and enjoy yummy dining while enjoying the sunset. Just up Old Dixie Rd is SunWest, a new beautiful white sand beach with a floating obstacle course. Wicki- Wachee, home of the Mermaids, is also just a car ride away as well as many tourist attractions to enjoy.

The whole house and washer/dryer located in the attached shed is available. The driveway has enough parking for 3 vehicles. There is no street parking.
I am reachable always via text/phone/email with local help just around the corner.
Take a stroll on foot or on 1 of the 3 bikes provided and enjoy the local eateries. Or sit out front and wave to the friendly locals.
The neighborhood is fun to walk through, there’s even a wooden red bench under a shaded spot a few canal streets away to sit and watch the water, fish be a’ jumping! Head just a few more streets up and you’ll found a house with hand raised chickens and ducks that come to greet you on the sidewalk.
We are situated on a canal that has direct access to the channel. Skeleton Key marina and a boat ramp are just 1.5 miles away and open to the Gulf.
